Thank you for reading and honoring these policies. You must agree to these policies prior to the session.


  1. Clients are expected to be clean prior to the session.
  2. Clients may not be intoxicated during the massage.
  3. Clients may not have any odors or aromas that may offend or interfere with the hygienic conditions of the session. 
  4. Odors include but are not limited to, heavy perfumes, body odor, cannabis, cigarette smoke, and other neurotoxins.
  5. Non Sexual Massage Therapy: 
  6. Your massage therapist is providing professional massage therapy which is non sexual. 
  7. If any client demonstrates any kind of inappropriate behavior, or initiates any inappropriate conversation or gestures toward the therapist: 
  8. This will be considered sexual harassment and the massage will end immediately, 
  9. full payment will be due, 
  10. and the perpetrator will not be able to receive services from the therapist.
  11. All personal information will be protected according to HIPAA standards.
  12. Any advice given to you is only advice and not a medical diagnosis.
  13. If, during your massage, a symptom is discovered that massage is not suited to help with, you will be referred to a doctor.
  14. Please communicate with your professional therapist whatever needs to be modified to improve your massage: be it 
  15. Temperature of the room, 
  16. Music selection or volume, 
  17. Area being addressed, 
  18. Depth or pace of massage, 
  19. If you would like to talk or be silent. 
  20. The goal is for you to be happy with your experience, so feel free to talk to your therapist.
  21. As there are many reactions that can arise out of receiving deeper bodywork, your therapist will educate you to the best of their ability so you know what you can expect during and after a massage.
  22. If you are sick with an infection of any kind, please call and reschedule your massage.
  23. Your privacy will be honored at all times. 
  24. You will have the room to yourself while disrobing and getting dressed. 
  25. During your massage, you will always be covered with a drape. 
  26. Only the area being addressed will be temporarily uncovered. 
  27. Clothing under the drape is optional and your decision to make. 
  28. Your professional therapist will discuss your preferences at your initial consultation. 
  29. Please be respectful to the therapist, and remain under the drape at all times during your massage.
  30. If you are late, your session will be cut short so that the therapist may remain on schedule and the full amount will be charged.
  31. Cancellation of a massage prior to 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be charged.
  32. Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled massage will be charged 75% of the rate for treatment.
